I saw
the board today oh boy
Nights set up three vents last shift I’m afraid
Each one of them is looking bad
And we are down two staff
It almost makes you laugh
My post-op’s
acting quite bizarre
I think he needs his medication changed
I hope the doctor is prepared
I’ve seen this man before
I just hope he doesn’t get pneumonia ‘cause his chest is sore
They showed
a film today oh boy
Our revenues keep dropping more and more
Insurance companies won’t pay
I wish they understood
We do so much good
I really love my job…
Room one
fell out of bed
Hit the floor and cracked his head
Had to help the nurses pick him up
Got a check up
I’m glad that he’s OK
Called my
partner where you at
Said that he’s on his third stat
Then a guy upstairs started to choke
I helped out that bloke
Glad to be part of the team…
I’ve got
tomorrow off oh boy
I know it’s going to be crazy here
Don’t know if they can do it all
So I guess if they call
I’ll come in and try to help them make sense of this free-for-all
